The Chicago African-American Firefighters Museum is sponsoring a screening of a documentary on the life of boxing great Muhammad Ali at 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18 at the Harold Washington Cultural Center, 4701 S. King Drive.

Ali's ex-wife, Khalilah Camacho-Ali, will moderate the event, which is open to the public. Tickets, which run between $10-$50, can be bought online or at the door. All proceeds go to benefit the museum, which is set to open by June at a former fire station at 5349 S. Wabash Ave. that the city is leasing to the nonprofit for $1.
