The eighth annual Chicago Sister Cities International Festival will feature music and dance from Chicago's sister cities in Pakistan, Germany, Switzerland and other countries.

The festival is held from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Aug. 5 to 9 at Daley Plaza on Washington Street. Music and dance performances will be held from noon to 1 p.m. each day. There will also be shopping and food available.

The festival is free and open to the public.
