Meet the brewers behind the Field Museum's exclusive Tooth & Claw beer, and learn more about their brewing process and other methods throughout beer's centuries-old history.

Hosted from 6-8 p.m. April 3 at the Field Museum Bistro, the event will include a paired tasting menu of beer and food as well as a lecture on ancient brewing methods using relics from the museum's archives. Tickets are limited and cost $40 for members, $45 for non-members.
