The March meeting of the Hollywood-North Park Community Association will feature a report on neighborhood economic and real estate trends, March 19, 7 p.m., at Northside College Prep High School, 5501 N. Kedzie.
Carmen and Anthony Rodriguez, neighbors and real estate brokers for Coldwell Banker, will provide a snapshot of the neighborhood's real estate climate — past, present and predicted.
A survey from the Chicago Justice Project, an independent, non-profit research organization that collects and analyzes police department data, will also be available. The survey assesses which crimes concern residents most.
Light refreshments will be provided.
