It's guest chef soup night at Embeya. Every other Monday, a different local chef will take a crack at an Asian inspired soup. Two dollars from each $9 bowl will be donated to the Green City Market. Brothers Mike and Pat Sheerin of Trencherman host on February 11.
Embeya, started by international hospitality veteran, Attila Gyulai (Elysian Hotel Chicago, Four Seasons) and executive chef Thai Dang (RIA, L2O, Zentan), features "Progressive Asian" food and a space designed by Karen Herold (Girl and the goat, GT Fish).
