The following panel will discuss the effort to repeal Citizens United, a Supreme Court decision that greatly opened campaign spending.

Ald. Joe Moore (49th) introduced a resolution in City Council on last November's ballot to add a referendum supporting the "We the People Amendment." Voters passed the referendum by 73 percent.

Karla Chew and Terry Grace, organizers of the Move-to-Amend campaign in Oak Park, where last November a referendum to declare only human beings and not corporations are "people" passed by an overwhelming 83 percent.

Sharon Sanders, a lead organizer in the Greater Chicago North chapter of the national Move-to-Amend Campaign.
