ENGLEWOOD — Making sure students are safe traveling to and from school this fall is among the topics to be discussed at the community meeting sponsored by the Residents Association of Greater Englewood. And Jadine Chou, director of security for Chicago Public Schools, will be the guest speaker.
She is expected to give an overview of the school district's safety plan, which was designed to guarantee students safe passage as they transition to their new "welcoming" schools.
The meeting will be held at Robeson high school, 6835 S. Normal Blvd.
