DryHop Brewers and iNG Restaurant debut several collaborations from 6 p.m. Wednesday to close at 2 a.m.
They will debut Rat Pack, an Old Fashioned Ale brewed with orange peel, cherry puree, oak chips, candi sugar and spicy Nugget and Saaz hops, for $4 for a 10 oz and $6 for a 16 oz. iNG's mixologist Trevor Rose-Hamblin will also make a "Rat Pack Refashioned" cocktail that features the ale, a twist on an old fashioned, for $12.
And DryHop's chef Pete Repack and iNG's chef Tim Havidic created a dish together, a Pan Seared Colossal Panamanian White Shrimp with Garlic and Pimenton and a Shaved Country Ham, available for $16.
The event will be at DryHop's location at 3155 N. Broadway.
