Go into work an hour late and hit up CreativeMornings at Design Cloud in the West Loop. Each event uses a blend of lecture and mixing to get your creative juices flowing early in the morning. The gathering begins at 8:30 a.m., followed by a 9 a.m. presentation and everyone heading off for work promptly at 10 a.m.
FoundRe, a Chicago-based custom framing gallery and furniture-making studio, will give Friday's lecture.
