The fifth annual Chili Supper to benefit Three Brothers Garden is set for April 7, 5-7 p.m., at the Irving Park Lutheran Church gym, 4057 N. Harding Ave.
For just $15, enjoy all-you-can eat chili, cornbread and hot dogs, or get four servings for $10. Kids 3-12 cost $5 and children under three eat for free. A bake sale, raffle and kids' craft room add to the fun.
Three Brothers Garden, an organic community vegetable garden, is located at 4107 N. Pulaski Rd. and provides free produce to the Irving Park Community Food Pantry. Since 2009, more than 3,000 pounds of the garden's produce have been donated to the pantry's clients.
The garden is a joint collaboration between Carlson Community Services and Irving Park Lutheran Church.
