The Newberry Library's weekend-long Book Fair features the Bughouse Square debates, which run from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday in front of the library in Washington Square Park, 901 N. Clark St. The main event is a debate between activist Tom Tresser and sportswriter and legal expert Lester Munson on the Wrigley Field renovation. The grassroots Chicago Public Schools group Chicago Students Organizing to Save Our Schools will also receive the Altgeld Award for Free Speech. Admission is free, to the library's Book Fair as well, which runs until 8 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
