The Bowmanville Community Organization sure knows how to deal a poker hand: One card at a time, one bar at a time.
Back by popular demand, the organization's Poker Run & Pub Crawl works like this: Participants head to five different neighborhood bars, collecting a card at each one. At the fifth and final bar — K's Dugout — players reveal their completed poker hands, with prizes for winners. Each card is $15.
The event is set for 6:30-10:30 p.m. Sept. 28.

Leadway, 5233 N. Damen Ave.
Bobbie's Runaway Tavern, 5305 N. Damen Ave.
Big Joe's, 1818 W. Foster Ave.
K's Dugout, 1930 W. Foster Ave. (final stop)
