Revolution Brewing, 2323 N. Milwaukee Ave., will host a fundraiser for Chicago Cares as part of Chicago Craft Beer Week.
Tickets are $30 and include two hours' worth of any five Revolution brews and pub appetizers including sweet potato cakes, applewood smoked wings, and mini pulled pork sandwiches.

"Chicago Cares builds volunteer experiences that mobilize and inspire people to make Chicago a stronger community. Since 1991, Chicago Cares volunteers have completed more than 1.4 million hours of service through over 30,000 group volunteer projects.
"Funds raised will directly support the 20th Annual Serve-a-thon. Serve-a-thon is the largest single day of community service in Chicago, when more than 5,000 volunteers come together to make the city stronger and more vibrant. Volunteers will transform the city's neighborhoods with projects that beautify and uplift classrooms, school libraries, playgrounds, parks, and more, serving as a catalyst for change in our communities."
