Fall's the perfect time to divide and transplant spring bloomers. At the 47th Ward plant exchange, trade with your neighbors to add some variety to your garden or landscaping.
The rules of the swap are simple: Bring a plant, take a plant. The organizers ask that you do provide basic information about your plants, including the name of the plant and care instructions such as sun or shade.
Feel free to also bring any gardening tools or accessories you'd like to swap or donate.
The plant exchange is scheduled for 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Sept. 21, in the Waters Elementary parking lot, 4540 N. Campbell Ave.
