Free school physicals, vision and hearing screenings, dental exams, and update immunizations for the start of the school year will be provided at the fair, sponsored by 2nd Ward Ald. Bob Fioretti and Rush University Medical School. A copy of your child's immunization will also be needed.
Students will also receive a free new school bag with supplies to begin their school year.
