The Fight For Air Climb is an annual stair climb to raise money and awareness in the fight against lung disease. Participants in the event, sponsored by the American Lung Association, climb the stairways to the top of Presidential Towers at 555 W. Madison on March 10.

Participants can climb anywhere from one to four towers as an individual or a team. The one-tower climb is 45 floors with 585 steps. The four-tower climb is 180 floors with 2,340 steps.

Potential team options include a relay race, corporate challenge and a health club challenge, in which members of health clubs can compete against one another.

Registration fee is $25, with a minimum pledge of $100 in donations.
