CHICAGO — A 24-year-old man was shot to death in Garfield Park on Wednesday afternoon, police said.
At 2:21 p.m., the man was in the 3300 block of West Congress Parkway when he was shot in his upper back, police said. The man was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
No one was in custody.
No further information was immediately available.
