CHICAGO — Three people were stabbed, one fatally, in a domestic incident in Marquette Park Saturday evening.
The incident occurred in the 3300 block of West Marquette Avenue at 5:42 p.m. Saturday.
A 36-year-old woman was stabbed in her chest and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center where she died.
She was identified as 36-year-old Elizabeth Kennedy of the same block by the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
A 34-year-old man was stabbed in his arm and taken to Holy Cross Hospital.
A 75-year-old man was also stabbed in his arm but he refused to be taken to a hospital.
The male suspect fled the scene but police arrested him shortly later.
