CHICAGO — A 24-year-old man was shot to death in Chatham early Monday, police said.
At 12:37 a.m., the man was walking with other people in an alley in the 8300 block of South Ingleside Avenue when someone fired shots at them, police said.
The man was shot in his head, police said.
Joshua Williams, of the 7700 block of South Saginaw, was pronounced dead at 1:02 a.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
No one was in custody.
