Man Exposed Himself To Girl In Rogers Park, Police Say

CHICAGO — Police are looking for a man who exposed himself to a girl in Rogers Park Friday morning.

The incident occurred between 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. in the 1900 block of West Fargo Avenue.

A girl was walking by the front door of a building when a man standing behind the glass stared directly at her.

He then pulled down his pants and exposed himself, police said. Police said at another point he put his hands in his pants and touched himself inappropriately while staring at the girl, police said.

The man is described as a white man in his 20s who is 5-foot-10 to 6-foot tall and weighs 170 to 200 pounds. He has short light brown hair and has a light complexion.

He was wearing a white or gray T-shirt and black shorts at the time of the incident.
