WICKER PARK —A hip-hop bar and restaurant named Fake Shore Dive will take over The Riot Feast storefront next week, organizers announced on Thursday.

Fake Shore Dive will be open from Tuesday-Thursday at 1941 W. North Ave. in Wicker Park.

The inspiration for the venue came from Andrew Barber's Chicago-based hip-hop website and music company, Fake Shore Drive, which will celebrate its 10th anniversary on Tuesday.

Fake Shore Drive has been instrumental in the rise of some of Chicago’s biggest artists including Chance The Rapper, Chief Keef, Vic Mensa and many more.

Revelers can RSVP for the bar's first night here.

The opening night will be sponsored by Bud Light with DJ sets from The Cool Kids’ Chuck Inglish, Smoko Ono and someguynamedty.

Night two and three will feature a wide array of DJs who will be announced daily.

“I started reading Fake Shore Drive soon after its inception not long after I moved to Chicago. Since then I’ve seen the countless ways Andrew [Barber] and his team have impacted the Chicago music scene and most specifically Chicago artists. We can’t wait to celebrate a decade of Andrew giving artists a platform and his assistance in bringing Chicago music into the national spotlight with Fake Shore Dive," promoter Zack Eastman said in a statement.

Doors will open at 8 p.m. Tuesday and 7 p.m. on Wednesday and next Thursday.
