Morgan Park Border Shooting Wounds 2 Men

CHICAGO — Two 25-year-old men were shot on the border of Morgan Park and West Pullman on Monday, police said.

At 12:55 p.m., the two were standing outside a home in the 11600 block of South Ashland Avenue when several people walked up and fired shots, police said.

One man was hit in his leg and the other man was hit in his leg and hand. They were in good condition at Roseland Community Hospital and Advocate Christ Medical Center, police said.

The gunmen possibly got out of two cars before the shooting, police said.

No one was in custody.
