SOUTH SHORE — It’s the season for races on the south lakefront and South Shore is next on the schedule with the Soul Coast 5K on Saturday.
The race starts at 9 a.m. at Rainbow Beach, 3111 E. 77th St.
The route goes from Rainbow Beach down Lake Shore Drive to 83rd Street and then turns around and heads back to the beach.
All runners get a shirt and medal for the $35 registration fee for adults and $15 for youths younger than 18 years old.
