CHICAGO — A man died after being found in the lake at Montrose Beach on Sunday afternoon, police said.
At 2 p.m., the man's friends found him unresponsive and floating in the lake, police said.
The man was taken to Weiss Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 3:09 p.m., police said.
No further information was immediately available.
