CHICAGO — A 17-year-old was shot in Uptown on Saturday, police said.
At 5:37 p.m., the teen was walking in the 900 block of West Eastwood Avenue when he heard shots and felt pain, police said.
The teen was hit in his left leg and he was taken to Illinois Masonic Hospital. His condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.
No one was in custody.
