CHICAGO — A 30-year-old man was fatally shot in his head in Garfield Park on Tuesday.
Police said the victim was in the 300 block of South Kilbourn Avenue about 3:40 p.m. Tuesday when someone opened fire. The victim was rushed in critical condition to Mt. Sinai Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
No one was in custody.
