CHICAGO — A 24-year-old man was shot and wounded in West Humboldt Park late Sunday, police said.
At 11:40 p.m., the man was getting out of a car in the 1400 block of North Kildare Avenue when someone in a passing car fired shots, police said.
The man was hit in his right leg and stomach and he was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in serious condition, police said.
No one was in custody.
