CHICAGO — Shootings have wounded 12 people since Saturday, police said.

• At 4 a.m. Sunday, a 19-year-old woman was shot in Brighton Park, police said. The woman was in the 4300 block of South Western Avenue when someone shot her in her buttocks.

The woman took herself to Stroger Hospital, where her condition was not available but she was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 2:36 a.m., a 27-year-old woman was wounded by a shooting in Grand Boulevard, police said. The woman was sitting in her parked car in the 4200 block of South State Street when she heard shots and felt pain.

A bullet grazed the left side of the woman's head and she was taken to University of Chicago Medical Center. Her condition was not available but she was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 1:38 a.m., a 35-year-old man was shot in Woodlawn, police said. The man was in the 6400 block of South Champlain Avenue when he was shot in his leg and torso.

The man was taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, police said.

No further information was immediately available.

• At 1:01 a.m., a 38-year-old man and 30-year-old woman was shot in Garfield Park, police said. The two were driving in the 3100 block of West Monroe Street when they saw someone fire shots.

The man was hit in his chin and the woman was hit in her ankle. They were taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where their conditions were not available but they were listed as "stable," police said.

• At 11:40 p.m. Saturday, a 20-year-old man was shot in Brighton Park, police said. The man was in an apartment in the 2900 block of West 40th Street when someone walked in and fired shots at the man.

The man was hit multiple times and he was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition, police said.

The man is a documented gang member, a police source said.

• At 11:30 p.m., a 15-year-old boy was shot in Jefferson Park.

• At 11:11 p.m., a 20-year-old man and 25-year-old man were shot in Garfield Park, police said. The men were standing outside in the 3900 block of West Van Buren Street when they heard shots and felt pain.

A bullet grazed the 20-year-old's stomach and he was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said. A bullet grazed the 25-year-old's buttocks and he was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition.

• At 11:04 p.m., a 24-year-old man was shot in Englewood, police said. Officers were called to the 6200 block of South Laflin Street and found the man unresponsive and lying on the ground.

The man was shot in his head and he was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in critical condition, police said.

• At 7:45 p.m., an 18-year-old man was shot in Park Manor, police said. The man was in the 6900 block of South Prairie Avenue when he was shot in his abdomen.

The man took himself to St. Bernard Hospital in good condition, police said.

The man was uncooperative with investigators, a police source said, and no further information was immediately available.

• At 7:09 p.m., an 18-year-old man was shot in Humboldt Park.

No one was in custody in these shootings.
