CHICAGO — A 17-year-old was shot and wounded in Bridgeport late Monday, police said.

At 11:50 p.m., the teen was standing outside in the 3000 block of South Throop Street when a black minivan drove up and someone got out of the car and fired shots, police said.

The teen was hit in his leg, groin, stomach, back and buttocks. He was taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, police said.

No one was in custody.
