CHICAGO — A man was stabbed in his face during an attempted robbery Sunday morning in Garfield Park, police said.
At 4:55 a.m., the man was in the 200 block of South Kostner Avenue when someone tried to rob him, police said. The robber stabbed the man in his right eye, nose and back.
The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said.
No one was in custody.
