CHICAGO — A 15-year-old boy was shot and wounded in West Humboldt Park on Thursday night, police said.
At 10 p.m., the boy was in the 3500 block of West Thomas Street when he got into a fight with local gang members, police said. One of the gang members took out a gun and fired shots.
The boy's arm was grazed by a bullet and he took himself to Norwegian American Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.
No one was in custody.
