CHICAGO — A man cut and seriously wounded his girlfriend in Roseland early Thursday, police said.
At 2:04 a.m., the two were in the 9300 block of South LaSalle Street when got into a "domestic altercation," police said. The man took out a box cutter and cut the woman.
The woman was cut in her chest, arm and hand and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in serious condition, police said.
No one was in custody.
