CHICAGO — Comic actress Rachel Dratch recently got a reminder of her early days in Chicago: a parking ticket notice from 1997.
"Chicago does not f around," tweeted Dratch, whose memorable "Saturday Night Live" character Debbie Downer found the negative in everything.

The ticket was written at 150 W. North Ave., not far from Second City, where she was a member. The bill: $73.20.
Dratch, who started at Second City in 1995, left Chicago for fame on "Saturday Night Live" from 1999 to 2006 and later playing a number of characters on "30 Rock." She also has appeared in a number of movies.
She reportedly lives in New York.
