DOWNTOWN — Scattered storms are expected to hit the city for rush hour on Thursday.
The storms are expected to start around 5 p.m. and last until 8 p.m., said Gino Izzi, a National Weather Service meteorologist. They'll pour a "decent" amount of rain on the city, Izzi said, and could come with some hail and strong winds.
But the storms will be "hit-or-miss" and scattered, Izzi said.
"One neighborhood might get hit hard and another neighborhood might not," Izzi said.
