DOWNTOWN — A man was found with 60 stolen phones at Lollapalooza, but police said they were unable to charge him.
Chicago Police tweeted on Sunday they had found the 60 stolen phones and had someone in custody at the huge music festival.
The man was hospitalized after having a seizure, police said, but he was released because officers were unable to determine if the man had stolen the phones or was just in possession of them when they were found.
Police also said the man had been interviewed but wasn't charged because they couldn't get complaints from victims.
Those missing phones can go through Lollapalooza's online lost and found. The site shows photos of missing items, including phones and wallets, and people can make an online claim to try to get the items back. The festival had more than 800 unclaimed items as of Monday morning.
