The North Penthouse is listed at $2,340,000 and is inspired by the surrounding views of the city, and the development as a whole connects residents to the pulse of Chicago with Loop living, said listing agent Helaine Cohen with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group.
