Robberies In Brighton Park And West Lawn Lead Police To Warn Businesses

CHICAGO — Police are warning Brighton Park and West Lawn businesses after two recent store robberies.

In the incidents, the robber entered the store with a gun and demanded items from the cash register.

The incidents occurred:

• 9:35 p.m. July 3 in the 4400 Block of South Archer Avenue

• 9:22 p.m. July 16 in the 7000 Block of South Pulaski Avenue

Police asked businesses to remember any unique physical characteristics if confronted by a robber and to save any video surveillance.
