CHICAGO — A 21-year-old man was shot to death in Belmont Cragin early Monday, police said.
At 12:20 a.m., the man was standing near a back porch in the 2400 block of North Meade Avenue when someone fired shots at him from across the street, police said.
The man was hit in his right arm and the bullet went into his chest, police said. He was taken to Loyola Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The man was identified as Ramon Flores, of the same block where he was shot, in Cook County Medical Examiner's Office records.
No one was in custody.
