CHICAGO — A 55-year-old man was stabbed to death in North Lawndale early Thursday, police said.
At 1:36 a.m., the man was in the 1500 block of South Millard Street when someone stabbed him in the left side of his chest, police said. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man was identified as Darrel Wilson, of the same block where he was in killed, in Cook County Medical Examiner's Office records. Wilson was pronounced dead at 2:01 a.m.
A 56-year-old woman was taken into custody, police said, and a knife was found.
The incident appeared to be "domestic related," police said.
