AUBURN GRESHAM — Police in the Morgan Park District will host an event from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Progressive Beulah Pentecostal Church in Auburn Gresham.
The police-community gathering called "Chicago's Summer of Faith and Action Dinner" will take place at the church at 1301 W. 87th St., said the congregation's senior pastor, the Rev. Thomas A. Barclay Sr.
The dinner concludes summer camp activities for youths and clergy at the church. Residents, neighbors and businesses are invited to the free event.
