UPTOWN — Developers are hoping to bring a large project featuring town homes and rental units to Uptown.
The project from Steve Sgouras would bring two 25-unit buildings and 11 townhomes to 4608-4618 North Malden Street, but would require a zoning change, Ald. James Cappleman (46th) said in his weekly newsletter.
The residential building would also include 25 parking spaces and the townhomes would have 22 parking spaces with entry from the alley, according to the 46th Ward website.
Neighbors will be able to give feedback on the project at Weiss Memorial Hospital, 4646 N. Marine Dr., at 6:30 p.m. July 20.
