CHICAGO — A 21-year-old man was shot dead in Auburn Gresham on Monday morning, police said.
At 9:32 a.m., the man was walking up to his car in the 8100 block of South Paulina Street when three people got out of a white car and fired shots at him, police said.
The man was hit and pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The man was identified as Cedron Doles of Humboldt Park by the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office. Doles was pronounced dead at 9:40 a.m.
No one was in custody.
