Grab A Hot Dog For $1 At Portillo's, America's Dog For National Hot Dog Day

CHICAGO — You'll be able to celebrate National Hot Dog Day even if you're on a budget this year.

Hot dogs will be $1 for everyone on July 19 at Portillo's and America's Dog and Burger in celebration of the holiday.

Portillo's $1 dogs will be available at all locations, but only those who go through the drive-thru or eat at the restaurant and get an entree will be able to get a $1 hot dog.

America's Dog and Burger, 26 E. Randolph St., is also offering doctors, nurses, firefighters, police officers, emergency medical technicians, veterans and active military personnel one dog for free every Wednesday during the month.
