Mount Greenwood Park Pool Opens Friday: Check Out The Schedule Here

MOUNT GREENWOOD — The pool at Mount Greenwood Park opens Friday.

The public pool will be open from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Friday at 3721 W. 111th St. The pool will also be open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

On Monday, the pool will adopt a schedule that runs through June 25. The pool schedule for June 25-Aug. 4 includes times designated for the park's summer day camp. The pool's schedule is designed to accommodate various groups and different types of swimmers.

All swimmers must have a pool pass, which are free for Chicago residents with proof of residency. Non-residents can buy a pass for $30 per month or $50 for the summer.

Park personnel will issue pool passes at the field house from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday-Fridays.

Mount Greenwood Park will also participate in the Chicago Park District's World's Largest Swim Lesson at 6 p.m. June 22.
