CHICAGO — A 25-year-old man died after being shot on a Brighton Park sidewalk Thursday afternoon.
The man was identified as Isaac Reed, of the 1500 block of South Austin Boulevard in Cicero, by the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
He was standing on a sidewalk in the 4600 block of South Troy Street at 1:07 p.m. when two gunmen walked up to him and shot in him in the head, shoulder and back before running away.
Reed died at Mount Sinai Hospital.
