WASHINGTON HEIGHTS — Police in the Morgan Park District will have an outdoor roll call at 6:30 p.m. June 20 at 91st Street and Ashland Avenue in Washington Heights.
The district's CAPS office is encouraging family, friends and neighbors to participate in the event via "positive loitering," where a group of people takes over a location to send a message to criminals that it belongs to the community, not them.
