CHICAGO — A bicyclist was killed while riding in Garfield Park on Monday night, police said.
At 8:35 p.m., the bicyclist, a 56-year-old man, was riding a bike in the 100 block of North Homan Avenue when he swerved into a woman's car as she drove the opposite direction, police said.
The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said. No other injuries were reported.
