CHICAGO — Devonta Dorsey, 23, was shot and killed in Fuller Park on Monday night, police said.
At 7:39 p.m., the man was standing on the sidewalk in the 4400 block of South Shields Avenue when someone walked up and fired shots at him, police said.
The man was hit in his head, police said.
Dorsey, of an unknown home address, was pronounced dead at 7:58 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
The shooter got into a car and drove away, police said, and no one was in custody.
