CHICAGO — Marcus Childs, 29, was found dead in Washington Heights on Tuesday night, police said.
At 8:26 p.m., officers responding to a call of a person shot found the unresponsive victim next to a car in the 1000 block of West 103rd Street, police said. The man had been shot multiple times.
Childs, of the 6400 block of South Paulina Street, was pronounced dead at 8:54 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
No one was in custody.
