THE LOOP — A new player is entering the poké game Downtown: High Tide Poké, which makes its debut Thursday in the Loop.

The fast-casual shop serving fresh fish bowls and wraps will open at 8 a.m. Thursday at 203 N. LaSalle St. Promising locally sourced ingredients and "sustainably and responsibly" raised fish, the restaurant serves poké bowls and seaweed wraps as well as smoothies, juices and cold brew coffee, among other things.

The shop will be at least the third poké chain in the Loop, following the arrivals of Aloha Poké Co. in Revival Food Hall, 125 S. Clark St., and FireFin Poké at 10 S. LaSalle St.

Poké is a traditional Hawaiian dish centered around raw fish.

"We just like the way it tastes. We think you will too," High Tide says on its website.

High Tide guests can choose from one of the restaurant's poké recipes or create their own in a bowl or wrap. Bowls cost $9.99 or $13.50, depending on size, and wraps are $10.99.

The restaurant seats about 80 and will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Check out the menu before it opens:
